Former India and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni attracts fans from all over the world wherever he plays. He has emerged as a cult figure in the South since joining the Chennai franchise in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and fans of all age groups admire him.
A testament to the aforementioned statement was presented by CSK in their latest video, posted on their social media accounts, where Dhoni”s 103-year-old “senior youth” fan, S. Ramdas, wants to meet him and watch a match at the Chepauk.
“I am 103 years old, but I am not old. I am a senior youth. I like cricket, I watch cricket,” he said further explaining he is though scared of playing cricket but loves to watch it. Further talking about Dhoni, Ramdas shared that he wants to watch a CSK match in Chepauk and meet Dhoni. “Whenever, he has time, and whenever he calls, take me,” he says.

Ramdas, who will turn 104 this year, also shared his cricketing knowledge where he spoke about the fast paced nature of T20 cricket, adding that it gets over very quickly and doesn”t drag on.
An IPL enthusiast, Ramdas, was a part of the British Army and loves to don his favourite yellow jersey to watch the matches on his television.
His favorite side CSK are currently placed at the fifth spot in IPL 2024 points table with four wins and as many losses in eight matches.
