India proudly celebrates the remarkable accomplishment of Rupa Bayor, who has etched her name in history by securing India”s first-ever medal in the Senior 1 Individual Recognized Poomsae event at the prestigious 8th Asian Taekwondo Poomsae Championship held at Danang Vietnam on May 14th and 15th, 2024.

Managed and coached by the esteemed Indo-Korean Taekwondo Academy, Rupa Bayor demonstrated unparalleled skill and determination throughout the championship, culminating in a triumphant bronze medal victory. Overcoming formidable adversaries from Pakistan and Malaysia, Rupa showcased her exceptional talent before facing off against South Korea in the semi-finals, further solidifying her status as a formidable competitor on the international stage.
