Now You Can Add Music To Your Profile On Instagram: Know How

Instagram Users can select the song/music they like and add it to their profile bio.

The social media app, Instagram has rolled out a new feature that allows users to add a song to their profile. Now, the user can add a 30-second song to the profile. This feature comes with another new update that will let users include new colour options for Instagram Notes.

Instagram Users can select the song/music they like and add it to their profile bio. This is very much similar to the social media app Myspace. Instagram has already Introduced a feature ‘adding music to posts,’ early this year and now anyone can add their best-loved tracks to their bio but not more than 30 seconds.

Let’s see how we can add music to your profile

  • Open Instagram and go to the ‘Edit Profile’ page
  • Search songs from Instagram Licensed music library by typing your favourite song
  • Choose a track and set a 30-second segment to display on your profile
  • Voila! Your profile shines with a mellifluous song

According to reports, Instagram is planning to add a new category ‘Taste’ that the song will appear there. This can be maintained until the user removes or replaces it with another song. Additionally, Instagram has updated its ‘Notes’ with vibrant colours with some specific phrases like Demure, Mindful, Considerate, and Cutesy triggering a colour shift which can be varied by mobile phone screen qualities. Previously, it was in gold colour, but the app has pulled back and has now unwrapped new hues to make it more attractive.

In July, The Meta CEO and Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg rolled out a new feature for Meta AI that will allow users to customise their images in different styles and scenarios. The user can be a gladiator, a band member and so forth. This new feature will be available in multiple places which support a plethora of languages.
