Alhind Tours, GreenNetZero LTD, And Al Sahara Group Sign MoU For Electric Bus Operations In GCC
In a groundbreaking move toward sustainable mobility in the Middle East, Alhind Tours and Travels UAE, a leading subsidiary of Alhind Group India, has signed a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GreenNetZero LTD, with the strategic support of Al Sahara Group. Together, the three partners aim to revolutionise electric bus operations for pilgrimage and cross-border travel across the GCC, a press release said on Tuesday.
The signing ceremony, held at Alhind’s UAE Corporate Office in Alhind Tower, Sharjah, witnessed the MoU formalised by Ms Noura Khalifa Al Mazrouei, Chairman of GreenNetZero, and Mr Mohammed Haris T, Chairman of Alhind Group, in the presence of distinguished dignitaries.

This historic collaboration was made possible by the visionary leadership and strong support of Al Sahara Group, led by Khalifa Matar Al Mazrouei, whose dedication to sustainability and infrastructure development has been instrumental in shaping this initiative.
As a unified group, Alhind, GreenNetZero, and Al Sahara Group are committed to becoming the largest and most trusted sustainable transport consortium in the GCC, spearheading the transition to electric mobility and supporting the region’s environmental and green energy objectives, the statement noted.
The collaboration will focus on deploying electric bus fleets, developing EV infrastructure, and delivering smart, clean transport solutions connecting key cities such as Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and beyond, directly supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 initiative.
