Anti-Hamas, Anti-War Protests Held In Northern Gaza
In videos surfacing on social media, people can allegedly be seen marching on Gaza streets and chanting anti-Hamas and anti-war slogans. A huge gathering including thousands of young man and children could be seen in the videos. People were carrying white flags and chanting down with Hamas strolled the Gaza roads.

Another similar protest was seen in Jabalia, Gaza, where the anger among the people against the ongoing war is visible. People have been asking to end war and saying ‘Hamas must leave’. ‘Northern Gaza does not want wars’.

Israel started war against Gaza after the October 7 attack on Israel by Hamas. In the last 1 and half year, almost 50,000 civilians have been died, the Gaza health ministry said. Notably, Israel has backed out of the ceasefire plan recently, restarting its attack against the civilians killing more than 600 people in past one week.

Israel has been demanding the release of its hostages all in one go, whereas Hamas agreed for the release of hostages in a phased manner. The first phase of the ceasefire plan ended and it just entered into the second phase when Israel started bombing Gaza again on March 18.
