Dubai: Dubai’s rising demand for transportation has led to the expansion of the Bus-On-Demand service by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), covering 10 more locations across the emirate. The newly added locations include Oud Metha and Barsha Heights.
Before launching the extended service, the RTA conducted a field survey based on various criteria, including user demographics, vehicle ownership, mobility options, proximity to public transport stations and stops, and preferred travel choices based on walking distance and waiting time.
