Israel-Palestine War: Orthodox Church Bombed. Biden Compares Hamas With Putin

The Isarel-Palestine is trading on a ferocious track now. As the deadly war entered to its 13th day, Israel has bombed a church in the Gaza city. The Greek Orthodox Saint Porphyrius Church was bombed and dozens of Christians were injured. Several Palestinians got stuck under the rubble. The attack came days after the alleged Israeli air strike has bombed Al Ahli Baptist hospital in which around 500 were killed.

The Greek Orthodox patriarchate remarked the attack to “constitute war crime”. The church was sheltering hundreds of civilians before the bombing. While talking to Al Jazeera, Father Elias, a priest at the church, earlier said that Israel has already bombed “many places of sanctuary” and that he could not guarantee whether the church will be spared by the Israeli forces.

Meanwhile, US President said America cannot let petty partisan politics get in the way of “our great nation” and compared Hamas with Putin. He said America refuse to let “terrorist like Hamas and tyrants like Putin win”.

Earlier US has issued $100 million of “humanitarian assistance” for the Palestinians.

 

The US State Department has issued “alert” for its citizens about the “potential terrorist attack” on US as a result of the “increased tensions” in the world.

 

After the “unprecedented” attack from Hamas resistance group on the southern Israel, more than 3,700 Palestinians have been killed and 13,000 injured. From the Israeli side, around 1400 were killed so far and 3,500 were wounded.

After Mr. Biden’s visit to Israel. The President said he had talked to Egyptian President Abdel Fateh El Sisi about opening the Rafah border to let the humanitarian aid pass to Gaza. But it is said that the border still stand closed due to the “disagreement” between Egypt and Israel.

 

Among the countries who supplied food and other supplies to Gaza, Russia made it clear the country had its part of sharing to the “humanitarian aid” to the civilians who are getting pummeled by the Israel
