Over 100 Injured, Many In Critical Condition After Iranian Ballistic Missile Strike Across Central Israel
Tel Aviv, Israel: Over 100 people were injured and many are in critical condition after Iranian ballistic missile strikes made impacts in the southern cities of Israel, including Dimona and Arad on Saturday night.
Iran targeted Israel’s nuclear research facility located at Dimona and Arad, in retaliation for a US and Israeli attack on Iran’s Natanz uranium enrichment facility earlier in the day.

The Shimon Peres Negev Nuclear Research Center is believed to be key to Israel’s long-suspected nuclear weapons program, the existence of which the Jewish nation either confirms nor denies as a matter of policy.
A total of 11 are seriously wounded in the attack, and reports of further casualties have not yet come, according to medics. The much-bragged about Israeli air defenses failed to intercept the ballistic missiles. According to Israeli military spokesman, the country’s air defence systems were activated during the attacks, but failed to intercept some of the missiles.

Reacting to the attack, Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called it a “difficult” evening for Israel, while promising to continue attacking Iran, where US-Israeli attacks since February 28 have killed more than 1,500 people, including more than 200 children.
