As the world is clearly divided on the basis of the new Palestine-Israel “war”, Palestinian ambassador to India and UK slammed the questions over “condemning” the deed of Hamas. The world leaders has already accentuated whom they “condemn” in the sudden escalated war.

Speaking to ANI, Palestine ambassador to India, Adnan Abu Al Haija said he surely do not “condemn” what Hamas has done. Upon asked about whether he finds the unprecedented attack unbridled by the Hamas on Saturday morning and how he look at the war, Mr. Haija fires back “what about the Palestinians?”. He asked what about the 260 Palestinian civilians who lost their lives at the hands of Israel, about the 5,000 Palestinians in the Israeli jail and about the 300 in administrative detention who were detained by the Israel, and who is going on a hunger strike to release them.  According to Mr. Haiji, anyone who condemn Hamas should first condemn what the “Israelis and their settlers” has done in West Bank.

When asked about whether he “condemn” what Hamas has done, he answered that he surely not condemn Hamas as the militant group is part of Palestinians. He said if there were no Israeli settlers, there would not be a Hamas or any such militant groups. He also asked that why does those finds Hamas”s attack condemnable, finds the “malicious” activities practised by the Israeli settlers on the occupied land of Palestine malicious.

Palestinian ambassador on United Kingdom has also retorted to the question of “condemn” on Hamas. When speaking to BBC, the Palestinian ambassador on UK, Husam Zamlot fired back that there should not be a symmetry between “occupied and occupier”. He said Palestine has been committed to international laws and resolutions and rooted for non-violence but there were no alternatives but to fight back. He added that all Israel was supposed to do was stop their occupation and the “colonial expansion of their settlement” and the US led “international community was supposed to held accountability on the violation of international laws”. Mr. Zamlot asked BBC that whether it had ever called him to speak ever before when Israel has attacked Palestine or when 200 Palestinians were murdered by the Israelis. He said he is “not in to the business of victim game” or the blame game. He said the international laws should be equally applied and Israel should be an exception like it has been for the past years.

When Sky News asked him the same question of “condemn” the “onslaught by Hamas”, Mr. Zamlot retaliated that the “abhorrent” approach of talking about the settler”s rights and the “obsession with condemning the victims” of the “besieged” should be stopped. He asked the media to stop “dehumanising” the Palestinians and fires back that whether the ones who are calling for condemnation of the Palestinians today has ever asked any Israeli spokesman  to condemn the act of Israeli occupation of two million Palestinians for the last 16 years or about the Israel Prime Minister Benjami Netanyahu”s statement about the bombarding of “civilian areas”. He also added that every Internationl community has agreed upon Israel”s violation on human rights laws for the past 75 years but did not payed any heed to Palestine and tried to “bypass” the country. He said that this is an opportunity for the “world to wake up” and call quit to the atrocities.
