"Insane": At Least 3 Killed, Several Injured During Shooting In US City Of Minneapolis
Minneapolis, United States: At least three killed and several injured including three police officers, when a gunman opened fire in the U S city of Minneapolis. The incident took place in the city’s downtown near 15 E. Grant at about 5 p.m. local time.
According to Hennepin Healthcare Medical Center, seven patients from the incident were taken to a local hospital. The accused suspected shooter also lost life during the incident.

The motive behind the incident is not known yet. According to an eyewitness, the residents heard the banging, shooting and it has been insane. “I’ve been on the phone with her, just making sure they barricaded the door, hiding in the bathroom. It’s been really crazy,” the person, Shawn Mosby told media.
FBI Director Kash Patel said the bureau was responding to the downtown shooting, and he said they are offering all resources necessary to assist local authorities. According to some source, the mass shooter has reportedly been identified as Carlton Johnson II. The accused reportedly has a history of violent tendencies.
