Stylish star Allu Arjun in an X (formerly known as Twitter) post today came out in support for actor-politician Pawan Kalyan for the latter’s “election journey”. Pawan Kalyan, a famous Telugu actor who is known as ‘power star’, started his political journey with Praja Rajyam Party founded by Chiranjeevi and went on to form his party JanaSena Party in 2014. For the ongoing Lok Sabha elections and Assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh, he is aligned with Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP and Chandrababu Naidu-led TDP.

“My heartfelt wishes to Pawan Kalyan garu on your election journey. I have always been immensely proud of the path you’ve chosen, dedicating your life to service. As a family member, my love and support will always be with you. My best wishes for achieving all that you aspire for,” the Pushpa star wrote on X.

Notably, Allu Arjun is the nephew of Chiranjeevi. The Pushpa 2 star’s cousin, Vaishnav Tej and Varun Tej, recently campaigned for Kalyan in Pithapuram. On May 8, PM Modi joined Naidu and Kalyan in Vijayawada to hold a roadshow.

Actor Nani also publicly endorsed Kalyan expressing his confidence in the JanaSena Party candidate. He took to X and wrote, “Dear Pawan Kalyan gaaru as you are about to face the big battle of politics. As a member of your film family, I hope you achieve everything you wish and keep all your promises. I am rooting for you and I am confident the entire fraternity is too. All the very best sir.”

Along with TDP chief Chandrababu, Kalyan has emerged as the star campaigner for the tripartite alliance. He is contesting from the Pithapuram Lok Sabha seat where he is pitted against former TDP member Vanga Geetha on YSR Congress Party ticket.
