One of the most-awaited sequels since the first film released in 2021 across India, Pushpa 2: The Rule, has an update for all the fans. The makers have revealed a powerful poster along with the release date of the teaser.

The Telugu star, Allu Arjun, will be returning with “double the fire,” which is quite evident from the poster. With a glimpse of the actor’s foot, adorned with a ghungroo, a type of anklet, the poster reveals that the teaser of the film will be released to celebrate Allu Arjun’s birthday on April 8. Check out the poster below.

Last year, around the same time, the first poster of the film was released, in which Allu Arjun can be seen dressed in the avatar of ‘Gangamma Thalli Jathara,’ a ritual practiced in Tirupati. According to tradition, on the last day of the celebration, men dress up as women and appear as the deity Gangamma, said to be the destroyer of evil.

Apart from Allu Arjun, the film also stars Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna in pivotal roles.

The film is slated to hit theatres on August 15 of this year.
