A Special Edition Of Citroen Aircross Xplorer Launched At Rs 10.23 Lakh
Citroen India has launched a special edition for the Aircross Xplorer. This limited-run model adds various exterior and interior accessories to the mid-spec Plus and top-spec Max trims. The French company offers two accessories packages with the Aircross Xplorer – the Standard Pack is priced Rs 24,000 more than the variant it is based on while the Optional Pack costs an additional Rs 51,700. The Standard Pack will get faux air vents on the bonnet, kakhi coloured inserts and decals on the rear doors. In addition, the interior of the Aircross Xplorer with the Standard Pack has a dashcam, ambient lighting for the foot wells, and illuminated door sills. All these changes will cost Rs 24,000 more than the variant it is based on. The prices for the Aircross Xplorer with the Standard Pack range between Rs 10.23 lakh and Rs 14.79 lakh.
Coming to the Optional Pack, this adds a rear entertainment screen for the left side passenger, along with a dual-port adapter to the Standard Pack. Considering it costs Rs 51,700 more, the Aircross Xplorer with the Optional Pack is priced between Rs 10.51 lakh and Rs 15.06 lakh.
While the Citroen Aircross Xplorer edition gets added features compared to the standard model, it remains similar to what it was earlier, mechanically. The Citroen Aircross Xplorer edition is powered by a naturally aspirated 1.2-litre petrol engine or a 1.2-litre turbo petrol unit with the Gearbox options include a manual or a torque converter automatic. The Aircross continues to be available in 5-seat and 5+2 seat form, along with the same 82hp, 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol and the 110hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine options. Transmission options include a five-speed manual for the former and both six-speed manual and automatic options for the latter. Xplorer is designed to appeal to consumers looking to make a statement on the road while enjoying enhanced comfort and technology in their driving experience.
