Car Prices After GST Cut: Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Kia, Mahindra & More Vehicles To Get Cheaper

Indian government has decided to reduce tax on passenger vehicles, and with the revised GST rate effective from September 22, prices of most of the cars in the country is to be dropped significantly. Many of automakers have al ready announced their price cut after September 22, aiming to pass on the benefits of tax cut to the customers.

Notably, with the new tax cut making substantial savings, some of the popular cars including of Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Kia, Mahindra among others have significant drop, allowing many of middle class families to make realise their dreams cars. Among others, popular cars such as Kia, Innova, Fortuner have steepest decline in their prices.

Consumers can now save anywhere between Rs 65,000 and Rs 4. Lakh on their purchases, after the new GST cut. Here are some of the cars and model that will be cheaper due to benefits from the GST cut.

Post-GST Cut Price Drops: Tata Motors offers up to Rs 1.45 lakh off, Land Rover up to Rs 30.4 lakh, Kia up to Rs 4.48 lakh, Skoda over Rs 5 lakh, Toyota up to Rs 3.49 lakh, Hyundai up to Rs 2.4 lakh, and Nissan over Rs 1 lakh
