New Delhi: Following the government of India’s GST reforms on passenger vehicles, reducing taxes, Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) on Sunday, September 7 announced that it will pass the benefits of the Goods and Services tax (GST) reforms to customers while declaring significant price cuts across passenger vehicle models.

The revised prices for its products will be effective September 22, 2025, making Hyundai cars, including the brand’s SUVs, more affordable. The company has released the price cut lists, which are up to Rs 2.4 lakh, just ahead of the festive season.

While announcing the price cut, Hyundai Motor India Limited director Unsoo Kim appreciated the progressive and far-sighted move by the Government of India to reduce GST on passenger vehicles.

“This reform is not only a boost to the automotive industry but also a strong step towards empowering millions of customers by making personal mobility more affordable and accessible,” the motor vehicle company’s manager said.
