Luxury Re-defined: BMW 320Ld M Sport Pro Launched In India
BMW has launched a diesel variant of the 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro in India which is called the 320Ld M Sport Pro. This new variant of the 3 Series Gran Limousine is priced at Rs 65.00 lakh (ex-showroom). The BMW 320Ld M Sport Pro comes with a rear-wheel drive configuration as well.
Exterior and Interior features
The BMW 320Ld M Sport Pro gets sporty enhancements over the standard 3 Series. This includes a blacked-out kidney grille, M Light Shadowline that gives the adaptive LED headlamp clusters a smoky effect, and a rear diffuser finished in gloss black. BMW has maintained the exterior as is which is similar to the regular BMW.
The 320Ld M Sport Pro benefits from the M Sport package which comes as a standard with this variant which includes enhancements like illuminated door sill plates, M Headliner Anthracite upholstery, and electrically adjustable Comfort Seats wrapped in genuine leather.
BMW has loaded the 320Ld M Sport Pro with all the embellishments such as 12.3-inch driver’s display, a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, panoramic sunroof, wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, 16-speaker Harman Kardon Surround Sound system, 3-zone climate control, a 360-degree camera, etc.
Quality with Safety
When it comes to safety, BMW has loaded the 320Ld M Sport Pro six airbags, attentiveness assistance, dynamic stability control (DSC) including cornering brake control (CBC), electric parking brake with auto hold, side-impact protection, electronic vehicle immobiliser and crash sensor, and ISOFIX child seat mounting. The saloon also benefits from Blind Spot Assistant, Lane Change Assistant, and Park Assistant Plus that makes parking in tight spots easier by taking over acceleration, braking as well as steering.
Engine specifications
The BMW 320Ld M Sport Pro is powered by a two-litre four-cylinder diesel engine which churns 188 bhp and a peak torque of 400 Nm at 1,750-2,500 rpm. This engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox which sends power to the rear wheels. There are four drive modes to choose from namely ECO PRO, Comfort, and Sport. As far as the performance is concerned, this version of the 3 Series can reach upto 100 kmph in 7.6 seconds which is remarkable for this segment.
