With major upgrades including a brand-new 450 cc liquid-cool engine, Royal Enfield debuted the second-generation Himalayan last year. It is a well-liked, competent, and reasonably priced adventure motorbike. In order to participate in an off-road rally in Portugal, Ormotors France made the decision to convert the present Himalayan 450 into an all-terrain beast by adding new parts, redesigning the body panels, and undergoing a rigorous weight-loss program. Unfortunately, this is a unique Himalayan type that might never be used in India, but here is everything you need to know about this modified ADV.

The new LED headlamp set, styled like a couple of four-leaf clovers, is what will grab your attention. It has an off-road beak-shaped front fender, a huge 23-liter gasoline tank in place of the conventional 17-liter one, and a tall windshield visor. The factory 21-inch front and 17-inch rear tire rims are still there on the customized Himalayan, but it is now golden in hue. It is mounted with Continental knobby tires. The Andreani cartridge has taken the place of the Showa front forks, which Ormotors still uses. The motorbike has 260mm of ground clearance since it is 30mm higher. An EMC unit takes the place of the rear mono-shock.

An HP Corse exhaust system and a DNA air filter have been added to the engine to improve performance. Additionally, the bike’s weight was reduced by 21 kg by the custom builder, making it lighter and more agile for easily navigating off-road routes.

Ormotors boldly painted the Himalayan in the traditional rally colors of red and white. The Royal Enfield Himalayan moniker and Acerbis insignia are prominently displayed on the gasoline tank, giving it a tough, rally-ready appearance.

The custom Himalayan 450 is a rally-ready beast, shedding weight and adding high-performance components for extreme off-road capability. With a striking red-and-white design, enhanced suspension, and performance upgrades, this one-off build redefines adventure riding—though sadly, it won’t hit production.
