Delhi HC Rejects SpiceJet's Plea To Attach Director's Property Instead Of Depositing Rs 144 Crores
New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has rejected a petition filed by airline SpiceJet and its managing director, Ajay Singh, seeking to attach a Gurugram property belonging to the director instead of requiring the airline to deposit Rs 144 crores in connection with an arbitration dispute with Kalanithi Maran and KAL Airways Pvt Ltd.
The court directed the airline and its managing director to pay the said deposit within four weeks.
