'Forgive, Taking Extreme Step': CJ Roy's Diary Allegedly Reveals Crucial Information On His Death

Bengaluru, Karnataka: A day after the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Bengaluru police began investigating the circumstances behind the death by alleged suicide of C J Roy, it is reported that the officials have found the billionaire entrepreneur’s personal dairy, shedding light on his demise.

It is mentioned in the diary that Roy, the founder and chair of the Confident Group, is going to take an extreme step while asking for a pardon for his family. He allegedly stated that he faced setbacks in his overseas business.

The entrepreneur’s operation expands across India, the UAE and the US, with a vast real estate and hospitality empire. The reports comes amid speculations surrounding the businessman’s death by shooting himself inside his office during an Income Tax raid.

Roy’s brother has alleged pressure from the income tax officials, ruling out the possibility of any external issues or threat. Meanwhile, the Kerala-born businessman’s body was handed over to his family following autopsy procedures at the Bowring Hospital in Bengaluru. His final rituals were held at Nature’s Cascade on Bannerghatta Road in Bengaluru on Sunday.
