Two key executives of the BSE have tendered their resignation. Shivkumar Pandey, the chief information security officer and Nayan Mehta, the chief of special projects has given their resignation letters. Mr. Pandey has decided to quit in order to pursue another career opportunity, and Mr. Mehta cited health issues.
Shivkumar Pandey, who is a key member of the management team, BSE, has resigned and his resignation would come into effect, at the closing hours of business of BSE on December 4, 2023, reported moneycontrol. Mr. Pandey, in his relieving letter, cited only about another opportunity, “as discussed, I wish to inform you that I would like to tender my resignation from the post of Chief Information Security Officer of SSE (LON: SSE ) LTD to take up another opportunity,” reported Investing.com.
Nayan Mehta, in his resignation cited personal and health reasons as cause for the decision. He is also a key figure among the leadership at BSE. His resignation would come into effect at the closing hours of business of BSE on October 12, 2023. In his relieving letter, Mr. Mehta said that his period at BSE, which was over 11 years, has been “a memorable experience which I shall cherish forever. am thankful to BSE Board members and yourself for being very supportive and ever caring during my tenure at BSE.” reported Investing.com
The key management positions in the BSE, which would be left vacant is expected to be filled soon with apt members. More inputs on this matter is awaited.
