British Council Invites Applications For UK Alumni Awards Program 2025
The British Council has invited applications for the 11th edition of the Study UK Alumni Awards Program 2025. Interested candidates can apply at uk.britishcouncil.org/alumni-awards. The application process, categories, eligibility, and other information are available on the official website. The last date to submit the applications is October 21, 2024.
It seeks to honor leaders who have leveraged their UK education to contribute significantly to their communities, industries, and countries.
The study UK Alumni Award features four categories to spotlight achievements and impact in various fields including science and sustainability, social and business, culture and creativity and innovation. Candidates will compete in two categories – global and national stages for the alumni awards.

The recognition provides an opportunity for the global alumni award recipients to boost their international profiles, expand their professional networks, and enrich their careers with a professional networking visit to the UK. India will also host a national ceremony to honor the finalists.
The finalists and winners of India awards will be declared in March 2025, while the global winners will be announced in July 2025. They will be honored through a digital camaign highlighting their remarkable journies and success stories.
Last year, over 1,500 applications were received from UK alumni residing in nearly 100 countries. These applications represented more than 130 institutes of higher education located in UK.
