Jamia Millia Islamia RCA Registration For Civil Service Coaching Begins Tomorrow
The application process for free coaching of Civil Services (Preliminary and mains) for minorities, SCs, STs and women provided by the Residential Coaching Academy (RCA) of Jamia Millia Islamia will begin tomorrow, March 18. The last date to submit the application form (online only) is 25th May 2023.
The coaching classes are expected to begin from July end. The entrance test will be held in ten cities for the program; Delhi, Srinagar, Jammu, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Mumbai, Patna, Lucknow, Bengaluru and Malappuram (Kerala).
The application forms have to be filled out online on the IMI examination website www.jmicoe.in.
As of this year, there are 100 available seats. The students who pass the entrance examination will be provided with hostel accommodation. In case of any shortages, hostel seats will be prioritized strictly based on merit determined by the entrance test. RCA also has the right to reduce the intake if sufficient deserving candidates are unavailable.
Students shall have to pay for a monthly Hostel Maintenance Charge of Rs 1000/per month, which must be paid six months in advance, i.e. 6000/-. After that, they must deposit the maintenance charge two months in advance. For female students, their charges would be deposited in the Girl Hostel/Provost Office. Students must adhere to the RCA Rules and Regulations, which will be issued separately at the time of admission.
RCA is a renowned academy in the field of coaching students for Civil Services. Since its inception, RCA has given over 600 selections in Civil Services and other Central and State Services.
