The 7th edition of ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ organised at 11 AM, at Bharat Mandapam, ITPO, New Delhi, emphasised on significant aspects of a student life including, friendship, health, stress management, technology use and adequate sleep during exams. He also strolled through the exhibition of handicrafts and art that was on display for the event.

“It is crucial to instil resilience in our children and help them cope with pressures”
PM Modi highlighted the role of teachers and parents in mitigating the impact of added pressure from external factors upon students. He suggested students making capable of handling pressure and preparing for it as a part of life. He urged that, “The challenges of students must be addressed collectively by parents as well as teachers”.

“Healthy competition augurs well for students” growth”
PM Modi encouraged parents to refrain from comparing their kids to one another. The prime minister showed an example of a video where students put mutual aid ahead of healthy competition. “Never plant seeds of rivalry and competition among your kids. Siblings ought to encourage one another instead.
“Teachers are not in a job role but they shoulder the responsibility of grooming the lives of students”
Shri Modi stressed the importance of progressively growing the student-teacher association. In addition, he pushed teachers to interact with pupils more than just the things they were teaching. The relationship between instructors and students needs to go beyond the curriculum and syllabus.
“Parents should not make report cards of their children as their visiting card”
