The Seventh Edition of the Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) 2024 event will be conducted by the Ministry of Education on January 29, 2024, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Every year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacts with students, teachers, and parents in Pariksha Pe Charcha.

The Prime Minister conceptualised this unique interactive program where students from across the nation and also from overseas draw inspiration from his practical tips on remaining stress-free and living life with joy and happiness. The initiative is part of the larger movement ‘Exam Warriors’ to create a positive environment for youngsters. He shares his insights in simple words that get etched into everyone’s heart and inspire a celebration of life.

The event was organised successfully in the last six years by the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education.

The 7th edition has recorded a massive over 1 crore registrations on the MyGov portal. This shows the extensive enthusiasm among students nationwide to participate in and interact with the Prime Minister. This year, the programme will be held on January 29, 2024, from 11 a.m. onwards in a town hall format with nearly 4000 participants. Two students and a teacher from each state and UTs and winners of the Kala Utsav and Veer Gatha competitions, are expected to be invited.

As a precursor to the main event, a bouquet of learning activities shall be organised, including a marathon run, music competition, nukkad natak, and student discussion, starting from January 12, 2024, the Youth Day, till January 23, 2024. MyGov innovate platform also hosts competitions for students of classes 6 to 12.

Students also submit questions to the Prime Minister to be asked during the event. A special Pariksha Pe Charcha kit comprising the Exam Warriors book in Hindi and English written by PM along with the certificate will be presented to around 2050 participants selected on the basis of their questions.
