Registrations are invited from the prospective candidates for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) one of India’s most esteemed national-level MBA entrance exams. The registration process for the XAT 2025 will start on July 15, 2024. To get information about the registration and other details candidates can visit the official XAT website – xatonline.
The registration window opens on July 15th, 2024, and interested candidates are required to create an account, fill out the application form, and upload necessary documents such as a photograph and signature. The XAT is conducted by the XLRI at all India levels to select students for management education. The XAT score is used by more than 160 institutes for admission.
XAT 2025 will be conducted in a single session at various test centers in over 75 cities across India. The exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and the duration will be 3.5 hours. XAT exam 2025 will be followed by a Group Discussion or Personal Interview round through which candidates will be selected for admission.

XAT exam consists of subjects such as Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation, General Knowledge Decision Making and Verbal & Logical Ability. Additionally, candidates have to write a brief essay on the topics asked in the examination.
To be eligible for the XAT exam candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or shall be studying in the final year of undergrad or awaiting results. The minimum score is 50% for the general category and 45% for the reserved category candidates in the bachelor’s degree exam.
The application fee for XAT 2025 is Rs 2200 for all applicants. Candidates opting for XLRI programs need to pay an additional fee of Rs 200 each. Payment can be made online using credit/debit cards (RuPay / Visa / Master Card / Maestro), net banking, IMPS, or cash.
