Actor Nivin Pauly is preparing something exciting for his fans. The actor is gearing up for a sequel to one of his popular films. Yes, its the sequel to the much-celebrated 2016-released film, Action Hero Biju.
The 2016 police procedural comedy film, which starred Anu Emmanuel, Saiju Kurup, Joju George, Alexander Prasanth, Kalabhavan Prajod, Rony David, and Sohan Seenulal in lead roles, is all set to offer a mind-blowing sequel.

As per the Filmfare report, actor Nivin Pauly will bring back his cop phase in the upcoming sequel. The film, which was originally directed by Abird Shine, was a massive hit during its release.
Moreover, the film also achieved a cult status. The film crossed its successful 100 days on its release. The film, which collected Rs 32 crores, received a good reception in Tamil Nadu and became the highest-opening Malayalam film there.
Jointly produced by actor Nivin Pauly, Abrid Shine, and Shibu Thekkupuram, the film was made with a budget of Rs 5 crore. The film, which was a commercial success, received mixed reviews from the critics.

Notably, actor Nivin Pauly won the Filmfare Award for Best Actor—Malayalam for his performance in this film in 2016 at the 64th Filmfare Awards South.
