Director Deeno Denni’s mysterious game thriller, Bazooka with Mammootty, is all set to unravel tomorrow. Introducing the first-of-its-kind film in Malayalam, Deeno has loaded each level of Bazooka with enough thrills and mysteries. Packed with an interesting cast featuring a bunch of excellent actors, the game thriller will begin its countdown tomorrow, April 10.
With writer-director Deeno Dennis being the ultimate host and the mastermind behind the exciting narrative, the film is filled with some key players. Let us meet each one of them.
Mammootty as Vinod Menon
Veteran actor Mammootty has been recently exploring a variety of characters in his career. Whether it’s Kadal The Core, Dominic And The Ladies Purse, or Bazooka, the actor has been portraying characters that are quite unusual for his films. And now Mammootty is playing Vinod Menon, the key player of the game thriller.

Gautham Vasudev Menon as ACP Benjamin Joshua
GVM is the next key player of the game thriller—ACP Benjamin Joshua, who introduces this deadly cat-and-mouse play to the lead, Vinod Menon. According to him, this mission is the deadliest game between the good and the evil.
The director-turned-actor is doing a live sound recording film for the very first time. He has already worked with Mammootty through his first Malayalam directorial, Dominic and the Ladies’ Purse.
Hakim Shajahan as Sunny Varghese
Hakim, playing as Sunny Varghese, seems to be the character traveling along with Mammooty. The recently released teaser also offered a sneak peek of him involved in a game, the core concept of the film. But his character is also puzzled about Mammootty’s character just as we are, as he asks, “Who are you really?”
Ishwarya Menon as Jovita
Ishwarya Menon will be portraying the role of Jovita in this game thriller. Apart from just the few shots of her presence, the ultimate purpose of the character is still under wraps.
Sidharth Bharathan as Arjun Ramaswamy
The multifaceted artist Sidharth Bharathan is the next key player and the police officer. He belongs to ACP Benjamin Joshua’s team, who are on the hunt to find the serial killer. The actor, who terrified the audience with his presence in Bramayugam and Sookshmadarshini, is again collaborating with Mammookka in Bazooka.
Divya Pillai as Annie Benjamin
Divya Pillai will be playing the role of Annie Benjamin in Mammootty’s Bazooka. As per reports, she will be one of the key characters who takee the thriller to its next levels. But the audience has to wait a little longer to get the mysteries unveiled.
Shine Tom Chacko as Franco Salvatore
Shine Tom Chacko will be portraying the role of Franco Salvatore in this game thriller. But his character and its motto are still a mystery, which is yet to be explored. So let’s wait a little longer to know his mysterious presence in the film.

Written and directed by Deeno, Bazooka has been jointly produced by Sarigama and Theater of Dreams. While the cinematography was handled by Nimish Ravi and Roby Varghese Raj, editing was done by Nishadh Yusuf and Praveen Prabhakar. While the film boasts a stellar cast, the tone of the game thriller was elevated by Saeed Abbas’s pulsating music.
