Faraatta: SRK-Deepika Romantic Dance Number From Jawan Is Out (image:youtube.com/T-Series)
As Jawan continues its triumph in theatres, “Faraatta” a new video song from the movie is released on Thursday. The video features the duo, Sha Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone grooving and celebrating love and romance.
Sharing the song on instagram, on Director Atlee’s birthday, Mr. Khan writes that he had done love songs with Deepika Padukone in past, “but nothing like a love song done the Atlee way!!!” He extended birthday wishes and added, “Thank u for this #Faraatta of a song… To first meetings, first love, that Faraatta feeling!”

T-Series calling the song as “a foot-tapping romantic dance number,” adds that it is “an ode to Atlee’s directorial magic.” Music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, all the songs in the movie has received much love and attention. Arijit Singh, Jonita Gandhi and Badshah has given life to this peppy number.
Within a short time of its release, the Faraatta has attained spot in trending charts.
Jawan, released on September 7 is creating history by breaking all collection records. As of day 14, Jawan grossed Rs.518 crores at domestic box office and moving closer to Rs. 1000 globally. On Wednesday, sharing the worldwide collection, the production house Red Chillies Entertainment wrote on X, formerly twitter: “And this is how the King ruled the box office!”

In Jawan, Mr. Khan appears in dual roles of Vikram Rathore and his son Azad. It stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathy, Sunil Grover, and Deepika Padukone in a special appearance. The movie also includes Priya Mani Raj, Aaliyah Qureishi, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Girja Oak, and Lehar Khan, forming the SRK’s six-girl gang.
