GOAT Makers Confirms The IMAX Release With An Intriguing Poster (Image-X/vp_offl)
With Vijay’s GOAT updates preceding the release creating buzz among the hard-core Thalapathy fans, the makers have confirmed the IMAX release of the film today.
Being at its peak, fans have been looking over each update over Thalapathy‘s upcoming release. Slated for a September release, the makers have decided to treat the audience with an unprecedented viewing experience and a spectacular visual treat. Over this, the makers have confirmed the IMAX release of the movie with a poster released today.

Declaring GOAT’s IMAX release, director Venkat Prabhu, on X, shared the official announcement poster and wrote, “It’s The Greatest Of All Time experience in IMAX from Sep 5th.”

The IMAX release of the film is targeted at its international audience as there are only fewer numbers of IMAX theaters in Tamil Nadu. The overseas level booking for GOAT has already opened in the UK, which is considered to be a bigger market for Tamil films or rather Thalapathy Vijay films.
On the other hand, Zee Studios will be releasing the film in North India, the company announced on Thursday. Directed by Venkat Prabhu, this marks the 68th film of the actor. It also features Vijay in dual roles as a son and a father.
