Malayalam Actress and writer Lena in her talks with The New Indian Express, discussed her book, The Autobiography of God detailing how to attain self-realisation. In the interview, she talked about her spiritual journey, and her recollection of her past lives.
The actress said she remember a lot of her past life, and when the reporters asked her who she was in her recent past life; she replied “I was a Buddhist monk, and died at the age of 63.”
She then continued that is why she got a spontaneous urge to go to Himalayas, because she had died near the Tibet-Nepal border. “I remember the entire lifetime, so I felt like going there; that”s why I was feeling like shaving my hair off.”
“You will see the logical connection there, if you looked like this,” she added.
The actress then said that lives are not so linear; they are not like train bogeys. Her present life and the past Tibetan life exists now at the same time.
She then added that, mind and time are one and the same: “mind realm, is maya and itself is time; and time is mind,” she said.
On the work front, her recent release was V.S. Abhilash”s Olam, and Lenin Balakrishnan”s Article 21 and her upcoming project include Arun Gopi”s Bandra. She was also a co-script writer for Olam.
