A reviewer, What the Fuss, on X observed that the entire movie rides on hyping up RajniKanth scene by scene. “We know the character Tiger Muthuvel Pandian, hence Nelson puts all his money on elevating the character into a demi god figure in the second part,” the reviewer noted, adding that the first hour is interesting while the latter half appeared completely constructed around the charm and swag of Rajinikant.

“Should have worked on the emotional aspects and the cameos also lack the fluidity, which was achieved in the original,” the review pointed out.

The movie’s first half is packed with engaging sequences, while the hero’s screen presence and the powerful interval block stand out.

“Rajinikanth is in his element as Tiger Muthuvel Pandian  pure Mass !!! adding intensity and Anirudh’s BGM elevating the mass moments. especially sera se kuzera,” the reviewer added.
