Vasan Bala’s much-awaited Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Jigra’ is all set for its release in October. The makers of the film have finally dropped the teaser trailer of the film which narrates the story of a sister who will go to extreme lengths to protect her brother.
The momentum of the buzz around the movie went high, soon after its teaser was dropped moments ago. In this tear-jerker tale, Alia Bhatt, the protagonist is seen fighting tooth and nail to help her brother get justice, who has been wrongly accused of something. With a bunch of emotional and intriguing scenes between Alia and Vedang, the teaser is a roller coaster of emotions.

The teaser tops when Alia says “Ab Bachchan Banna Hai…” as she seeks revenge and justice for her locked-up brother.
Fans are eagerly waiting to see how Alia will portray this emotional and powerful role in Jigra, which is expected to be another stellar performance in her career.
Ahead of the teaser release, the actress has shared two brand new posters of the film. The poster featured two close-up fierce looks of Alia Bhatt. Sharing the poster on social media, Ali Bhatt wrote, “2 HOURS TO GO! JIGRA TEASER TRAILER OUT TODAY AT 11AM! Ulti ginti shuru (The reverse countdown begins)”
Couple of days ago, the makers dropped another poster from the film featuring Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina. In the poster, Alia is seen putting her hand on Vedang’s head affectionately while he looks up.
Though several posters were dropped of the movie, the one that caught the eye of many was in which Alia stood against the backdrop of a dragon motif and Chinese lanterns, Partially facing the camera and giving a daring fierce look.

Jigra marks Alia Bhatt’s second production venture after the 2022 Netflix thriller-comedy Darlings. Jigra co-produced with Karan Johar, Shaheen Bhatt, Apoorva Mehta and Somen Mishra will hit theatres on October 11.
