Nivin Pauly To Mark Web Series Debut With Disney+ Hotstar’s Pharma (image:instagram/nivinpaulyactor)

Nivin Pauly is making his web series debut with Pharma directed by P R Arun. The series will stream on Disney+ Hotstar. Besides, Pharma marks the comeback of veteran Bollywood actor Rajit Kapur to the Malayalam film industry. The cast also includes Narain, Veena Nandakumar and Shruti Ramachandran.

Mr Pauly said in a statement, “I’m really excited to be a part of Pharma and with the universe it creates. I think it”s a story that must be told and shared”

Similarly, Mr Kapur expressed his happiness in joining the team: “Excited to join Pharma, marking 25 years since my role in Agnisakshi. Eager to work with P R Arun and Kerala”s talented team. Trusting the well-prepared producers and their thorough research.” He was last seen in Shyamaprasad”s 1999 film Agnisakshi, which bagged him the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actor.

Ms Pauly had marked his OTT debut with Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval”s Kanakam Kaamini Kalaham which was also released on Disney+ Hotstar.

The long format series is produced by Krishnan Sethukumar, under the banner of Movieemill Productions, known for backing the movies such as Unda, Ivide, and James And Alice. Pharma”s cinematography is handled by Abhinandan Ramanujam and music is scored by Jakes Bejoy. The series will be edited by Sreejith Sarang. Apart from them, makers are yet to reveal the other cast and crew of this series.

Premam actor was last seen in the Haneef Adeni”s Ramachandra Boss & Co. His upcoming releases include Ram”s Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai in Tamil, the sequel of Abrid Shine’s Action Hero Biju, and Vinay Govind”s Thaaram.
