The iconic visit occurred in the recent Rogers Centre show of Dijit in Canada, where the singer had already made a massive achievement as he became the first Punjabi artist to fill up the venue. Trudeau dropped by the venue before the event started and conveyed his wishes to the singer. Diljit shared this exciting moment on his Instagram handle, where the singer posted the video of the Prime Minister’s visit with the caption, “Diversity is CA‘s strength. Prime Minister @justinpjtrudeau came to check out history in the making: we sold out the Rogers Centre!”

The singer is just spreading the Punjabi vibe worldwide expressing the enthusiasm as the team shouted out his trademark line, “Punjabi aa gaye oye (Punjabis are here)” as the audience cheered on.
