Shah Rukh Khan And Suhana Khan To Start 'King' From MayReports suggest that Suhana Khan has already started to prepare for the upcoming action thriller ‘King’ with her father Shah Rukh Khan. It is said that the star has started to learn action moves and stunts with teams of international repute. ‘King Khan’ himself will join the team soon, said Pinkvilla.
Reports about the father-daughter duo’s work was announced earlier in 2023. The movie is named as King and will be produced by Red Chillies Entertainment. It is said that the film will be directed by Sujoy Ghosh. Sidharth Anand is said to be the co-producer of the movie.
After confirming from several sources, Pinkvilla said that King will go on floors by May 2024. It is said that Anand and Ghosh has been in touch with the Khans and multiple meetings regarding the movie took place between October 2023 and February 2024.
Sources told Pinkvilla that Ghosh is meticulously working on the script of the movie with Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan. The job to design a world-class action sequence is given to Saddharth Anand. The sources also added that Suhana Khan has already started prep work for the movie. “The training is happening at Mannat and she is accompanied by her father, Shah Rukh Khan too in certain practice session. Trainers of international repute are coming together to train Suhana and SRK, as King will explore a slightly raw form of actions”, said the sources to Pinkvilla.
Report suggest that the Ghosh has started to ensemble other casts for this big ticket offing from the Khans. The film is slated to release in 2025. The ‘Bollywood Baadshah’ will start shooting YRF Spy Universe’s next film, Pathaan 2 in December 2024. The epic face-off with Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan in Tiger v/s Pathaan is also scheduled to go on floors in 2026.
