Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra is once again on headlines as he made some indirect public comments on the pornography case on which he was arrested in July 2021. Mr Kundra, who kept a low profile after he was alleged in creating and uploading pornographic films, made a ‘masked’ public appearance as a stand-up comedian and shared his debut performance on Instagram.
In the video, wearing black including a fully covered mask, Mr Kundra is seen presenting sexual jokes and introduces himself in a much hilarious manner.

He begun the show by introducing himself as ‘’I am Raj Kundra, also recognised as the ‘mask man’, Shilpa’s husband’’. He is often seen wearing a mask whenever he steps out in public.
Mr Kundra asked the audience to leave the venue in 10 minutes if they feel uncomfortable with ‘sexual-jokes’. Once the audience remained seated, he continued presentation confidently ignoring the theory that a comedian’s weapon is his face. ‘’I was always interested in getting people to wear clothes, not to get them to take them off’’, he said in between. He was directly fronting the porn app scandal that he found himself entangled in a few years ago.
He was booked under relevant sections of the IPC and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prevention) Act then. But granted bail later.
Mr Kundra also has plans to make a movie on his pornography case, which will mark his acting debut.
