Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce may not have announced a wedding date yet, but the planning is already in full motion, and it’s reportedly happening quietly behind the scenes at Swift’s famous Rhode Island mansion.
According to a report by The Sun, the real masterminds of this mega-event are none other than their mothers, Andrea Swift and Donna Kelce, who have teamed up to shape what could become one of the most talked-about celebrity weddings of 2026.
Sources told The Sun that both moms have gone straight into “project manager mode”, overseeing everything from décor to logistics and ensuring the wedding weekend feels intimate, meaningful and deeply personal.
Swift reportedly doesn’t want a traditional one-day celebration. Instead, she dreams of a three-day wedding weekend, from Friday to Sunday, with slow-paced moments and family at its centre.

The couple is said to be planning a welcome gathering with only their closest people, followed by the main ceremony, and then a soft, warm Sunday send-off brunch. No stadium crowds, no media frenzy. Just a tight-knit circle celebrating the two of them.
Taylor’s iconic Rhode Island estate in Watch Hill, perched above the shoreline, is known for her Fourth of July parties and countless pop-culture memories.
The property is reportedly being transformed for the wedding, with extensive floral work and landscaping happening under tight security. Pastel orchids, peonies, hydrangeas and other romantic florals are being brought in to create a dreamy, garden-like atmosphere.

A source told The Sun that Swift “wants to be surrounded by flowers everywhere — making her teenage dream of marrying in a sea of flowers come true.”
An estimated $750,000 on flowers alone, and an additional $1.2 million in landscaping updates, with extra gardeners and security brought in to keep the preparations hidden, as per The Sun.
