The Mystery Behind Aashim Gulati In Netflix’s ‘Murder Mubarak’

Edited by Aishwarya Krishnan

The collaboration between Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films and director Homi Adajania has produced a film that has made us all count the days until its release – Netflix’s Murder Mubarak.

Set to release on 15th March, the highly anticipated murder mystery boasts a unique ensemble cast of Vijay Verma, Sara Ali Khan, Pankaj Tripathi, Karisma Kapoor, Dimple Kapadia, Tisca Chopra, Sanjay Kapoor, and Suhail Nayyar. With a hatke combination of actors from different generations, one particular actor stands out. Aashim Gulati.

Portraying a character that goes by the name ‘Leo’, Gulati’s role has been under wraps, with merely a glimpse of his presence in the trailer. Is he a suspect? Is he an accomplice? Perhaps an important key to the puzzle? Or something entirely else?

Director Homi Adajania chose to remain cryptic, teasing that Gulati’s character holds the key to unlocking the secrets of the Royal Delhi Club. “If it weren’t for Leo,” Adajania hinted, “there would be many unhappy lady members at the club and quite possibly no Murder Mubarak,” as quoted by Netflix India.

Well, well, well. The deliberate secrecy surrounding Gulati’s ‘Leo’ has for sure left the audience intrigued, excited, and curious for answers.

The mystery unfolds with Pankaj Tripathi’s cop navigating through the tangled web of lies and deception within Delhi’s elite society to unearth the truth hidden beneath the dangerous secrets of each character in the entertaining yet suspensful film.

The truth behind Gulati’s character and the secrets of the whodunnit can only be revealed by watching the mysterious Murder Mubarak on March 15 only on Netflix.
