The trailer of Janhvi Kapoor, Gulshan Devaiah, and Roshan Mathew’s Ulajh dropped today, where “every face tells a story and every story is a trap.” Multiple posters hinting at the maze, riddled with political plays had so for concealed the mystery, which the thriller is cooking for the fans and today the trailer finally unveiled, spotlighting the mystery centered on the political battle and a girl’s struggle to save her country.

The political thriller opens with Suhana Bhatia (Janhvi) being promoted as the youngest Deputy Commissioner, which later intensifies with the concepts of nepotism, and betrayal when Suhana is questioned for her privilege. She is someone who is trying to carve her own space in a world populated and dominated by men. Janhvi’s character went through a similar conflict in Netflix’s Gunjan Saxena. Suhana strives to survive and expose the dark side of the Indian Foreign Services where officials masquerading as patriots, turn out to be traitors.

With the story of an IFS officer who is pushed to the corner to prove her innocence in order to safeguard her country and with her raging rival to get revenge over the individuals who betrayed her and her country, there is intense tension, anger, vengeance, and more. The trailer promises a thrilling ride through the maze of interlinked political mysteries.

Janhvi Kapoor’s thriller is about to hit the theaters on August 2. This production of Junglee Pictures is directed by Sudhanshu Saria. With an ensemble cast Janhvi as the lead, the mysteries of this thriller also feature Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Mathew, Meiyang Chang, and Rajesh Tailang.
