Vijay Sethupathi's Silent Film 'Gandhi Talks' Announcement Video Out
On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, several announcements of new projects dropped. Among them, actor Vijay Sethupathi officially announced his upcoming venture titled Gandhi Talks on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the father of the nation.
Infused with the sneak peaks of the making and the bytes of the renowned figure, the makers officially set the arena for the entry of the film Gandhi Talks.

The versatile actor took to X and wrote, “The voice that matters today, the voice that will echo soon in every corner! Gandhi Jayanthi wishes to all.”

The upcoming film of the actor is touted to be a silent film. Directed by Kishore Pandurang Belekar, along with the Maharaja actor, the film also stars Arvind Swamy, Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth Jadhav. The film was premiered at the International Film Festival of India in 2023.

Sethupathi’s latest action thriller Maharaja shattered box office records. The action thriller garnered wide acclamation and collected Rs 107 crores at the box office. Receiving commercial and critical acclaim, the film set the highest opening weekend of Tamil cinema in 2024 and emerged as the fourth highest-grossing Tamil film of 2024.
