Yash's 'Toxic' Shooting Begins In Bengaluru (Image-X/TheNameIsYash)
The new chapter of the KGF star’s upcoming tale Toxic kickstarted the filming with the auspicious pooja ceremony. Yash declared the “new beginning” along with director Geetu Mohandas.
Actor Yash shared the beginning of creating the drug mafia world on his his X handle with the photo of him teaming up with Mohandas with the caption, “The journey begins.”

The makers conducted a customary pooja in Bangalore with the first scene shot featuring Yash. The pictures of the pooja ceremony were shared by the production house on social media. The makers captioned the post, “A new chapter begins for a tale to witness.”

Before this start, actor Yash and the crew visited several temples in Bengaluru to seek blessings. The actor was accompanied by his wife, Radhika Pandit, their children, Ayra and Yatharv, and producer Venkat K Narayana. Photos from their temple visit have been circulating on social media.

Reports over the cast and the crew of the film have been circulating featuring Kareena Kapoor and Nayanthara. However, the makers have not yet made any announcement about the cast and crew.
Earlier, reports revealed that the film is set between the 1950s and 1970s. An entire world of Toxic has been created – a larger-than-life version – of that era, yet very authentic. Situated on the outskirts of Bengaluru, Toxic is being mounted on a big scale as a pan-Indian film.
