Indian Cricketer Yuvraj Singh has faced social media criticism for sharing a personal story about an actress he dated in 2007 while talking about his forthcoming biopic. Early this week, in an interview, Yuvraj talked about an incident where his girlfriend followed him on a cricket tour in Australia he told her to focus on her career, but she came anyway just to see him. He claimed that she packed his shoes as a joke, so he had to wear her pink flip-flops. Yuvraj shared this story without naming the actress, but people think it might be Deepika Padukone, a well-known Bollywood star he dated back then.
Following this incident, many people on social media criticised Yuvraj for sharing private details publically that potentially embarrassed the actress. Social media users also said that he humiliated the actress focusing on her actions instead of his own while talking about her in the interview.
