Mendora Launches Corporate Wellbeing Program To Promote Workplace Mental Health
Kozhikode: Marking a significant step towards strengthening workplace mental health in Kerala, Mendora officially launched its Corporate Wellbeing Program, inaugurated by P K Kunhalikutty, Minister for Industries and Information Technology, Government of Kerala.
The program, according to an official, aims to help organisations create mentally healthy, resilient, and high performing workplaces by integrating evidence based mental health and wellbeing initiatives into the corporate ecosystem. It focuses on employee mental health, resilience building, stress management, leadership wellbeing, work life balance, and organisational productivity.
Muhammed Ramnas M, CEO of Mendora, told Timeline that Mendora aspires to make workplace mental health a strategic priority, enabling organisations to build healthier teams, stronger leaders, and sustainable growth.
“The future of every organization depends not only on technology and infrastructure, but on the mental wellbeing of its people,” Mr Ramnas added.

The Mendora Corporate Wellbeing Program is now available for organisations across Kerala through tailored wellbeing partnerships and comprehensive mental health support services.
The initiativec a statement said, offers customised wellbeing solutions, including psychological support services, awareness programs, leadership training, employee assistance, and organisational wellbeing assessments. The program is designed to help organizations build a healthier work culture while improving employee engagement, retention, and overall performance.
