PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti’s daughter Iltija Mufti alleged that her iPhone has been hacked by Pegasus. On Wednesday, sharing the screenshots of an alert she received on her phone, she attacked the ruling BJP-led government on social media, stating they “snoop on women.”
Taking to X, Iltija Mufti wrote: “Got an Apple alert that my phone’s been hacked by Pegasus which GOI has admittedly procured & weaponised to harass critics & political opponents. BJP shamelessly snoops on women only because we refuse to toe their line. How low will you stoop?” She shared screenshots of the alert notification along with the post.
