Fall Of Modi Government And Election Chief: Rahul Gandhi Amid CJP's Jantar Mantar Protest
New Delhi: After speaking to INDIA bloc MPs on Saturday, Rahul Gandhi predicted on X that the repair of democracy will begin after the fall of the current government and the Chief Election Commissioner.
“Gyanesh Kumar will go. This government will go. Then the repair of democracy will begin.,” the Congress leader wrote on X, while urging continued pressure on the ruling dispensation.
The Congress leader guaranteed that the government would fall if they pushed like the past few days. The remarks follow opposition protests over the Election Commission’s voter roll revisions, and amid the ongoing protest by the CJP.
Delhi’s Jantar Mantar has been witnessing massive turnout and mass detention as thousands of protesters are flocking to the national capital to participate in the demonstration.
