A couple from Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur has duped elderly couples of Rs 35 crore by promising to reverse their age and make them look younger. The scam was made through an “Israel-made time machine.”

The couple, Rajeev Kumar Dubey and his wife, Rashmi Dubey, opened a therapy centre called Revival World, in Kanpur’s Kidwai Nagar area. They said that a machine, brought from Israel, would transform a 60-year-old into a 25-year-old.

They promised customers that they could restore the youth of the elderly through “oxygen therapy,”  said police, as reported by the media.

The couple deceived people by telling them that they are getting old rapidly due to the polluted air and that “oxygen therapy” would make them look younger in just a few months.

“They offered packages for ₹ 6,000 for 10 sessions and ₹ 90,000 for a three-year reward system,” senior police official Anjali Vishwakarma said, quoted NDTV.
