Nurse On Way To Work Gang-Rapped In Uttar Pradesh; Chilli Powder Inserted In Genitals

Uttar Pradesh: In yet another appalling incident, two men from Uttar Pradesh’s Jalaun brutally raped a nurse on her way to the work. The duo raped the woman while four others allegedly held her down.

The victim was allegedly beaten with a stick, and chili powder was inserted in her private part. The husband said that his wife works as a nurse in an area under the Churkhi police station. It was on her way back to work when a few people interrupted her scooter, took her out, and dragged her into the bushes. The miscreant soon escaped the spot. The nurse called her husband and informed him of the horrific incident.

“A man, his nephew, and some other people beat her up. Four of the men held her down, and two people gang-raped her. A stick and chili powder were also inserted into her private parts,” NDTV quoted the nurse’s husband.

However, the police have claimed that the woman was having an affair with another man from the same village, and the man and his family members beat her up. A police team took her to a hospital. The police further said the woman has made some serious allegations, and they have registered a case and are probing it.

Earlier this month, a 22-year-old nurse was allegedly raped by the director of KPS Hospital in Kanpur after she was given a soft drink laced with intoxicants. The accused also threatened to kill the victim if she reported the incident to anyone. The police had registered a case against the institution’s director for raping the nurse student.
