Users can download the latest version of the ‘Rajmargyatra’ app, click clear, geotagged, and time-stamped pictures of dirty toilets at toll plazas under NHAI jurisdiction, and then submit details including user’s name, location, Vehicle Registration Number (VRN), and mobile number through the app.

Each user identified through VRN who is reporting dirty toilets will be eligible for a Rs. 1,000 FASTag recharge, credited to the VRN provided. The reward will be non-transferable and cannot be claimed in cash, ensuring transparency. Notably, the scheme applies only to toilets constructed, operated, or maintained by NHAI. Users cannot report toilets at fuel stations, dhabas, or other public facilities.
However, each VRN is eligible for only one reward during the entire scheme period, and each toilet facility can earn the reward only once per day, regardless of multiple reports. In case multiple users report the same toilet on the same day, only the first valid image will be considered. The images captured by the users should be original and captured through the app.
