Sources cited in the report say that Goldy Brar’s rivals, Arsh Dalla and Lakhbir, have claimed responsibility for the murders.
Goldy Brar, the primary suspect in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, has reportedly been fatally shot in the US. According to various reports from American news channels, Brar was targeted on Tuesday evening at Fairmont, Holt Avenue. However, an official confirmation is still pending.
Brar, along with a friend, was ambushed by unidentified assailants around 5:25 pm outside his house, the reports claimed. The attackers shot at them and fled the scene. Both Brar and his companion were rushed to the hospital, where Brar died of his injuries.
Brar was declared a terrorist after the murder of Moosewala. Union Home Ministry had said that Satwinder Singh alias Satinderjit Singh alias Goldy Brar was to the Babbar Khalsa terrorist organisation.

The tension between these factions reportedly escalated following Moosewala’s murder in Jawaharke village of Mansa on May 29, 2022.
Initially, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang had claimed responsibility for Moosewala’s murder. However, Brar later confessed to the crime during a televised interview, where he implicated Moosewala”s alleged involvement in the killing of Lawrence’s associate, Vicky Midukhera, as the motivation behind his actions.
Brar purportedly admitted to planning the murder and allegedly dispatched six gunmen from Haryana and Punjab to carry out the plan.
Last year, Brar declared that his next target is Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. Rapper Honey Singh had also received a death threat voice note from Brar. Honey rushed to the Delhi police headquarters to file a complaint.
Born in 1994 in Muktsar Sahib, Punjab, Brar belonged to a family of policemen. After earning a BA degree, he eventually settled in Canada, where he operated remotely, with a particular focus on activities in Punjab.
Gurlal Brar, Goldy Brar”s cousin, was killed outside a Chandigarh nightclub last year. Bishnoi”s gang is said to have targeted Gurlal to avenge the death of Youth Congress leader Gurlal Pahalwan.
