According to reports, Indian cricketer Rinku Singh has gotten engaged to Priya Saroj. While there’s no confirmation through their official social media handles, a post on social media platform X claiming so quickly went viral. The couple is likely to get hitched soon. The date has not been revealed yet.
Born on November 23, 1998, in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, Priya is a Member of Parliament (MP) from the Samajwadi Party. She currently represents Machhali Shahar in Uttar Pradesh.

Daughter of three-time MP and current MLA Tufani Saroj, Priya began her career as a lawyer who has worked in the Supreme Court before entering the world of politics.

Following in her father’s footsteps, in her electoral debut in 2024, she won the Machhali Shahar constituency with a margin of 35,850 votes. With her electoral win, the 25-year-old became the second-youngest MP in Lok Sabha.

Priya did her schooling at the Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute in New Delhi. She pursued a BA from the University of Delhi and then completed her LLB from Noida’s Amity University.
Known for his impressive performances in the Indian Premier League (IPL) with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), Rinku Singh was recently selected for India’s T20I series against England, which begins on January 22 in Kolkata. He is expected to play an instrumental role in India’s middle order during the series.
